You'll start on £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, with a hybrid setup (3 days in, 2 from home), 25 days holiday plus bank hols, a strong pension, and private healthcare. As the financial accountant, you'll take ownership of month-end, board pack prep, balance sheet recs, and statutory reporting. You'll work closely with the FC and CFO, gaining exposure to the kind of strategic finance work that'll shape your future.

This isn't a job where you'll be stuck in the weeds. You'll get involved in decision-making and have visibility across the wider business. It's a growing company, part of a larger group, with the structure and support to develop your skills but the autonomy to make your mark.

We're looking for a financial accountant who's either fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or nearly there. Someone who can own the numbers and isn't afraid to question them. You'll be confident with Excel and keen to learn systems like Power BI if you haven't already.
