Key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process.

• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with auditors and manage the year-end audit process.

Key essentials of the Financial Accountant:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
