Financial Accountant

Talent Finance are currently partnering with a multinational organisation based in Weybridge, Surrey who are seeking a Financial Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.

This Financial Accountant role offers a brilliant opportunity for a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, C.A) to join an organisation going through an exciting period of growth, and this role will support the Finance team in driving best practice when it comes to financial reporting across the group.

Key responsibilities of this Financial Accounting role include:

• Prepare and review technical accounting papers and memos under IFRS
• Support the group consolidation process and statutory reporting
• Maintain and reviewing of balance sheet positions
• Support financial statement review
• Liaise with external auditors and support the year-end audit process
• Ensure compliance with financial processes and accounting guidelines

Our client would love to speak to individuals with the following skillset:

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, CA, or ACCA) - you could be looking for your first move into industry!
• Proven technical accounting experience with strong IFRS understanding/knowledge
• Ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

This Financial Accountant role offers an opportunity for an individual to get leading exposure across a growing business with a salary range on offer of between £55,000 - £60,000 and a benefits package inc. a highly competitive bonus scheme, 25 days holiday + bank hols, healthcare, life assurance, enhanced pension and more.

Due to the business partnering and stakeholder engagement required from the role, it is 4 days a week onsite with 1 day working from home although there is flexibility when needed.
