Description

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant reporting standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes with precision and accuracy.
• Provide detailed analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to promote professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee general ledger operations.

Profile

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

• May be studying a professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance.
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the leisure, travel & tourism sector is advantageous
