Iconic property business is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant. Based in London, this role will manage day to day financial reporting for the business.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly reporting for group
• Leading month end close
• Supporting annual budget preparation
• Preparing monthly consolidations
• Acting as key point of contact for year-end audit
• Supporting process and systems improvement to drive efficiencies

The candidate:

• Qualified accountant either making a first move out of practice or with some industry experience
• Technically strong with experience of IFRS and Group consolidations
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks
• Advanced IT skills
