Financial Accountant

Offering hybrid working and flexibility around hours, CMA’s client currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant who wants to join an established and growing business in a key role.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Support in the preparation of group accounts, management accounts, statutory accounts and VAT returns
• Playing a key role in month and year end processes
• Liaising with external auditors and collaborating with tax advisors
• Working with the wider business to help to formulate budgets and forecasts
• Supporting the transactional finance team

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant role:

• Good technical accounting knowledge with the ability to do management and financial accounts
• Happy to also roll sleeves up and support with transactional accounts
• Understanding of VAT and experience of preparing VAT returns
