Description

• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with current regulations.
• Ensure accurate tax reporting and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Assist with tax audits and liaise with external advisors as needed.
• Provide support for tax planning initiatives and advise on tax implications for business decisions.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and adapt processes accordingly.
• Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to meet reporting deadlines.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation related to tax activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in tax compliance processes within the organisation.

Profile

• A professional qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving tax-related challenges.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
