What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Support statutory reporting and audit preparation
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
• Work closely with international subsidiaries on intercompany transactions

What We're Looking For

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
• Solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting standard in manufacturing
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is highly desirable
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)
• A proactive attitude, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
