Financial Accountant

We’re working exclusively with a global technology group to recruit a Financial Accountant into their central finance function based in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, fast-paced organisation with international reach and a reputation for innovation.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll play a vital role in group-level financial operations. The main responsibilities are as follows –

• Managing daily banking operations across the Group
• Supporting month-end close and Group reporting processes
• Intercompany reconciliations and VAT submissions
• Supporting statutory accounts at both Group and subsidiary level
• Assisting with tax compliance
• Reviewing financial processes and ensuring policy compliance
• Supporting M&A activity and financial due diligence when required

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical skills and a background in IFRS and Group reporting. You’ll be confident working with multiple stakeholders, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
This role will be fully office based with occasional travel within the UK.
