Financial Accountant

Following impressive growth, a PE backed niche service provide is keen to appoint an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) as Financial Accountant. Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller typical activities will include:

• Presenting monthly management accounts, looking for improvements in both the quality and speed of information

• Finance business partnering opportunities, working with operational leadership to enable better business decision making

• Working with their impressive technology team to drive enhancements to system capability for the finance team
• Taking a lead on audit and compliance in addition to involvement in budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning

To be considered, you will be qualified ACA/ACCA (finalist level will be considered), ideally from professional practice, with a broad base of technical accounting skills. You will be a strong communicator who will thrive on the business-facing elements of this role, and if you're a "techy" you'll really engage with this organisation - they have harnessed the power of technology to put themselves at the forefront of their market.
