Financial Accountant

Venture Recruitment Partners are proud to be working with one of the most established SME's in West Dorset.

We are looking to speak with motivated, progressive finance professionals looking to step up into a Financial Accounts position. The role would suit someone who is forward thinking and adaptable in a fast moving team environment and would be a great step up for an Assistant Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant with some Management Accounts exposure.

The role:

• Preparation of the monthly and statutory accounts
• Cash flow forecasting and analysis.
• Continually develop and improve processes
• Responsible for the completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Inputting into budget and Company forecast process.

Skills and Experience required:

• Begun Qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) OR AAT level 4 qualified and looking to start qualifications
• Previous experience in the production of monthly management information.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong Excel skills
• Would consider someone with a practice background, making a first move to industry

Salary and Benefits:
