Description

The Financial Accountant's responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Accounting & Finance department.
• Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support the implementation of new accounting systems or processes as required.

Profile

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

• A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance processes.
• Experience working with accounting software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current financial regulations and standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
