Financial Accountant

Marks Sattin is working in partnership with an organisation in the leisure industry to recruit a Financial Accountant. This is a 12 month FTC offering between 30-35k.
The role would be a to support the wider finance management team and specifically within the FP&A side of the organisation but acting as a Finance Business Partner and working with a range of stakeholders.
Payroll Assistant Key Responsibilities Include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Providing variance analysis and commentary on accounts.
Manage the P&L, balance sheets, cashflow reports, fixed asset registers.
Assisting with Month End and Year End.
Assist with the VAT and other statutory reports.
The ideal candidate will be:
PQ - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Two or more years' experience in a commercial finance role.
Strong Excel skills
Immediately Available or low notice period.
