The company invests in, develops and manages grade A real estate assets across office, retail, multifamily, logistics and hospitality. They are seeking a Financial Accountant to take responsibility for a growing portfolio of 10 retail properties across the UK.This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual looking to be trusted with responsibility from day one and keen to grow into a position of leadership. Some of the roles and responsibilities for this opportunity include:Responsible for the accounting and finance function of 10 properties across the UKMonth end/financial reporting, management accountingProvide commercial finance support to the asset managersManage offshore corporate accounting teamThe ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:Qualified ACA/ACCA (ideally at least 1 year PQE)Real estate experienceProficient in ExcelAbility to present to senior stakeholders
