Strand Hill are pleased to announce we are currently partnered with a leading property company who are part of a global real estate powerhouse. The company invests in, develops and manages grade A real estate assets across office, retail, multifamily, logistics and hospitality. They are seeking a Financial Accountant to take responsibility for a growing portfolio of 10 retail properties across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual looking to be trusted with responsibility from day one and keen to grow into a position of leadership. Some of the roles and responsibilities for this opportunity include:

Responsible for the accounting and finance function of 10 properties across the UK
Month end/financial reporting, management accounting
Provide commercial finance support to the asset managers
Manage offshore corporate accounting team

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Qualified ACA/ACCA (ideally at least 1 year PQE)
Real estate experience
Proficient in Excel
Ability to present to senior stakeholders
