FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - PROPERTY

Job Description Title : Mandarin speaking Accountant (Property)
Salary : up to £55,000 (depending on experience and responsibilities)
Location : Central Manchester
Languages : Fluent Mandarin and English
Role in a nutshell : You will be handling the finance aspect of the business as well as assisting clients specifically on the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme (NRLS).

Key Requirement
Financial Management
Handling daily financial matters to ensure smooth financial processes
Completing tax reporting, audits, and other financial related matters
Monitoring daily financial processes, propose optimisation suggestions and improve work efficiency
Responsible for cash flow management, including receiving and sending payments
Consulting clients on NRLS

Requirements
Experience in property tax and tax reporting
Fluent in Mandarin
Familiar with the NRLS
