Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their professional growth.

Profile

A successful Financial Accounts Manager should have:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 4 years PQE
• Desire and drive to improve systems and process.
• Proven knowledge and experience in finance management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain financial matters to non - financial people.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
