• End-to-end financial administration for both new business and ongoing client servicing
• Preparing adviser meeting packs, onboarding clients, and processing new applications
• Managing annual review processes and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with clients, providers, and professional connections to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting the advice team to deliver an exceptional client experience

? What we’re looking for in a Financial Administrator:

• Previous experience in an IFA/wealth management environment is essential
• Strong understanding of platforms, providers, back-office systems, and FCA processes
• A confident communicator who can manage client queries and build relationships
