With continued growth, they are now seeking a Financial Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team.

The Role:

As a Financial Administrator, you’ll be central to the day-to-day operations of the firm, working alongside advisers and paraplanners to deliver a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling client and adviser queries
• Processing LOAs and obtaining valuations
• Data cleansing and preparing client valuation reports
• General office support as required

What you’ll need:

• 1+ year experience in a Financial Administrator role within a Wealth Management or IFA environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and team-player mindset
