About the Role:

As a Financial Administrator, you’ll support advisers by preparing detailed suitability and annual reports, managing client data in XPlan, and handling key admin tasks. You’ll also assist with meeting prep, transactions, and platform activity — all while helping drive operational excellence.

We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a financial planning or IFA practice
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Confident user of Excel, Word, and financial platforms
• Independent, adaptable, and proactive
• Experience with IRESS XPlan (ideal, not essential)
