As a boutique firm with a close-knit team of Advisers and dedicated back-office support, they offer a collaborative and professional working environment.

The Role
As a Financial Advisor with this firm, you will:

• Take over a substantial, well-established affluent client bank.
• Manage existing client relationships while also handling new business from warm leads and referrals.
• Work primarily from the office five days a week, as most clients prefer in-person meetings or virtual consultations via Teams.

• Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience).
• Support: Full paraplanning and administrative assistance.
• Career Development: Exam support, with a preference for candidates working toward Chartered status (though not essential).
• Benefits: Holiday allowance, pension scheme, and life cover.
• Work-Life Balance: Limited travel required, as most client interactions take place in-office or remotely.

• Level 4 Diploma qualified.
• Previous experience as a financial advisor.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Working toward Chartered status (preferred but not required).
