Financial Adviser

Our client is a growing IFA who are truly independent - offering whole of market financial planning advice and independently owned and growing organically.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Planner to join them to service an existing client book. This would suit someone with 1-2 years advising experience, perhaps supporting a more senior Advisor with their book but ready to take ownership of their own clients. You will be supported by Adminstrators and Paraplanners, but expected to do some of your own technical paraplanning so a Paraplanning background would be helpful.

Naturally, you will grow your book through client referrals and there is also a lead generation programme to assist you but the emphasis of this role will not be focused on BD unless someone already has a flair for this.

More importantly, you will be Level 4 qualified (CII/CISI/LIBF) and be comfortable working in a small company environment where you can add real value to the continued growth of the firm and be part of their ongoing journey.

This role is office based with 1 day per week working from home.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and there is a bonus structure on top.
