£26,000 - £32,000

NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with an established and leading firm of Independent Financial Planners in the Manchester area. An additional Administrator is now required to work as part of the Client Services Team where you will report directly to the Administration Manager.

Benefits:

• Salary is dependent on experience.

• Hybrid working, upon completion of your probation period. Set days in the office will then be agreed with your manager, this will be 50% working in the office 50% at home.

• Flexible working between the hours of 8am to 6pm, as long as 7.5 hours are worked each day in between core hours of 10am - 4pm.

• 34.5 hours per week

• 5% Employer contribution and 5% Employee minimum of Group Pension

• 4x Salary of Life Assurance

• Group Income Protection at core level, covering 50% of reference salary.

• Core benefit of the Health Cash Plan, covering level 1.

• 25 Days Holiday Allowance (plus 8 days statutory). This increases to 26 days at 2 years of service, 27 days at 3 years, 28 days at 4 years etc.

Responsiblities:

• Process Transfers, Top Ups, Withdrawals, Income, Contributions, Fund Switches, Bed & ISA and Protection in an accurate and timely manner and through to completion.

• Have an understanding of 3rd party providers platforms and processing times

• Managing your individual workload using personal diary system on Client Management to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

• Investigate and handle any client/consultant queries

• Manage post relating to new business cases.

• Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email.

• Understand our internal compliance procedures and the requirements of 3rd party providers

• Maintaining client records on back-office system

• Cover receptionist duties such as post, phone calls, greeting clients and dealing with third party suppliers.

Experience & Skills:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years 'experience working for an IFA practice or Provider and experience or understanding of pension and investment products.

They should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Efficiency, accuracy & attention to detail

• Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multitask

• Excellent telephone manner

• IO experience would be desirable
