Financial Adviser Hybrid | Salary: £50,000 £60,000 DOE + Benefits

We are seeking a motivated Financial Adviser to join a growing team of wealth management professionals. With one of our senior advisers due to retire, this role offers the chance to take over an established client bank and support high-net-worth individuals through tailored financial advice.

Role Overview:

• Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth planning.
• Manage and build relationships with an existing client base (HNW individuals).
• Work collaboratively with other advisers, paraplanners, and administrators to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Take part in client reviews, ensure advice remains suitable, and keep records compliant.
• Contribute to business growth through referrals and by supporting succession planning.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified Financial Adviser (Level 4 Diploma as minimum).
• Several years’ experience in financial planning (trainee/junior paraplanners with the right attitude will also be considered).
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Package & Benefits:

• Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE
