We’re working with a respected national firm of Chartered Financial Advisers known for delivering clear, jargon-free advice and always putting their clients' best interests first. Having partnered with them for over eight years, we’ve witnessed their impressive growth—both organically and through acquisition—and continue to place candidates who thrive within their supportive, client-focused environment.

The Opportunity

Due to continued success, one of the firm’s Chartered Partners now requires additional support to manage their growing client base. As a result, they are looking to appoint a Financial Adviser who can take on an initial bank of around 100 clients. Once settled and trusted, more clients may be transitioned to you over time.

This is an outstanding role for someone who enjoys nurturing client relationships and delivering holistic financial advice—without the pressure of cold business development.

Your Role

• Begin by working closely with the Partner, attending joint meetings to ensure a smooth, well-informed client handover.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with your allocated client base.
• Conduct ongoing reviews and identify additional planning opportunities.
• Continue to grow your portfolio organically through referrals and introductions.
• Receive full paraplanning support and on-the-job training, with study support to advance your qualifications.

About You

• CAS status is essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing regulated financial advice
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Confident in managing and retaining a portfolio of clients
• Driven by client outcomes rather than sales targets
• Comfortable with hybrid or predominantly remote working
