If you are a qualified and experienced advisor looking to join an established, independent firm, then this could be for you. The firm are looking for an experienced advisor who can take on an existing client bank of circa £50M+ and take advantage of the new warm client leads coming into the firm. With the current advisors earning £200k plus, there is a great opportunity here.

The Business

This firm is an established boutique advisory business based in Surrey. They have been operating for over 20 years and so have established a name for themselves and look after their clients well. Being an independent firm, they provide holistic and unbiased advice. They work with a range of clients, particularly many cash rich clients from the IT industry in London. Due to massive business levels, they’re looking for another experienced advisor to join the firm.

The Role

From day one the firm will be able to provide clients for you to take over and service. The size of the client bank you take on will vary depending on experience and needs, but will be £50M+. Your role will be to service these clients and utilise all the warm leads coming into the firm.

All of the new business you could need is provided to you, and you are to use these warm leads to continue building your bank of clients. If you wanted to do any networking or new business activities yourself, then you won’t be stopped, but there’s enough warm leads in the firm already. You’ll be paid a competitive salary and will earn a percentage on initial and ongoing client fees. If you can manage this, then you would be expected to earn in the region of £100k-£150k.

Requirements

• DipFA
• Preferably experience giving financial advice, but if you’re an experienced paraplanner, it may be something the firm is open to
