We are seeking a proactive Financial Advisor to join our team in Lincoln. This role requires a dedicated individual who can provide a comprehensive and efficient financial service to our clients, ensuring high levels of client care. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of developing and owning client relationships. A full current driving licence and use of your own vehicle, covered by business insurance, is essential for this position.

• Provide ongoing service to existing clients.
• Collaborate with Partners and Fee Earners to develop new financial services business.
• Review clients’ portfolios in accordance with ongoing service agreements.
• Clearly identify client needs, analyse and research the market to make suitable recommendations.
• Maintain performance standards in line with company goals and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and best practice.

• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor.
• Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide comprehensive financial advice.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
• Must have a full current driving licence and use of a vehicle covered by business insurance.
