Are you a seasonedIndependent Financial Advisorready to take the next step in your career?

We are currently hiring for anindependent, boutique firm with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke financial solutions to high net worth (HNW) clients. Their investment arm is growing, and they are looking for a talented advisor to join and take over a prestigious client book.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and nurture an existing portfolio ofHNWclients with over£45 million funds under management
• Work closely with the Investment Manager to deliver tailored investment strategies
• Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and trust
• Identify opportunities to grow the client base and contribute to the firm’s expansion

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum5 years of relevant experienceas a Financial Advisor, ideally with HNW client exposure
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ambition to grow within a dynamic, client-focused environment

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of£65,000-£75,000
• Bonus of up to 10%, with a potentialcommission structure for direct business development/selling
• Direct access to the investment team and decision-makers
