Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, FCA-compliant financial advice across a range of products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, service excellence, and regular reviews.
• Conduct detailed financial assessments and create bespoke recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure advice is supported by accurate research and documentation.
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes, market trends, and product developments.
• Contribute to business growth through client retention, referrals, and professional networking.

Skills and Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) is essential.
• Strong, proven experience in providing holistic financial advice within a regulated environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient planning.
• Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ethical, client-centred approach with a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
• Familiarity with financial planning software such as Intelliflo, Xplan, or Voyant.
