Financial Advisor (Business Development focus) - with Leadership Pathway
Location: Midlands (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home)

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Financial Advisor who wants to take the next step towards senior leadership and, ultimately, board-level involvement.
You’ll focus on driving business development — building new client relationships that align with the firm’s carefully defined criteria — supported by a strong onboarding and servicing team to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
You’ll be trusted to deliver exceptional financial planning advice, including cashflow modelling and complex planning, always putting the client’s best interests first.
As you deliver results, you’ll have a clear pathway to progress into the senior leadership team and play a key role in helping the firm achieve its ambitious growth goals.
What We’re Looking For
Chartered Financial Advisor (or very close to achieving Chartered status)
Strong track record in winning and retaining high-quality clients
Excellent relationship-building skills — engaging, credible, and personable
Confident presenting to clients, including delivering cashflow planning
Ambitious, with a genuine desire to step up into leadership and help shape the business’s future
Comfortable working with business owners, executives, and retirees
