Job Title: Financial Accountant / Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office minimum)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong technical foundation in accounting who is ready to step into an analytical and strategic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Strengthen investment decisions and risk assessments through robust financial modelling.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes:

• A passion for commercial finance and problem-solving.
• Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Degree in finance, maths, or a related field
