Financial Analyst

I am recruiting a Financial Analyst for a Private Equity (PE) backed multi-site client (70+ sites) based in Central London.

This is a newly formed analytical role reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A ). The organisation is growing at pace and as a consequence need to hire a dedicated Financial Analyst with strong business partnering skills to manage all CAPEX (c£60+ pa) activity across the group, reporting up to the financial leadership team and ultimately their private equity (PE) investors.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly CAPEX reforecasting for both internal and external stakeholders
• Improvement of the group consolidated capex forecast / budget model and their outputs to provide clear and accurate forward looking capital expenditure cashflow reporting.
• Supporting the Head of FP&A with the annual budget cycle, focusing on considered capex budgeting.
• Provide high quality reporting and detailed analysis to the leadership team and investors on matters related to capital expenditure.
• Working with and manging a diverse range of key stakeholders across the group.
• Driving systems improvement to gain working efficiencies and improve the accuracy of the outputs

Requirements

• Top tier academics with an accounting qualification (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent) with 1-5 years of PQE.
• Demonstrable knowledge of CAPEX reporting, hence your experience will have been gained in a relevant multisite / project driven environment i.e. property, hospitality, construction, healthcare, gyms etc.
• Superb business partnering skills, you must be able to manage strong stakeholders, hence relationship building and strong negotiation skills are needed.
• Commercially orientated you must be comfortable managing and manipulating large data sets.

Compensation: £60,000 - £65,000, bonus, private healthcare, pension, wellness perks.

Location: Central London HQ (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
