My job
The jobholder is responsible for supporting with developing best practice for working with financial systems, enhancing current systems and develop standardise reporting. The job holder will need to analyse past process in the old structure and implement new aligned and standardise reporting process across the European business. The job holder is expected to work with the BUs head of finance / FDs and site finance leads as well as IT and other functional teams to establish the requirements and solutions required for the job.

Qualifications:
Experienced within FMCG / Multinationals.
Experience from working in a manufacturing environment.
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or University master’s degree (MSc/MBA).

Skills and Knowledge:
Independent thinking.
Excellent Commercial and business acumen
Astute Cross Functional Worker able to communicate at all levels.
Can do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset to drive a lean team and able to simplify ways of working.
Desire to understand the operational and commercial drivers of the business.
Drive that supports the movements required in a FMCG environment.
Experience with consolidation of financial reporting.
Resilience to work under pressure in an ever-changing business landscape and still deliver required output on time.
Exceptional data analysis capabilities.
