Financial Assistant

Key responsibility's :

• Ensure bank statements are loaded and reconciled on a daily basis
• Ensure all cash postings are booked in SAP accurately & in a timely manner
• Ensure all payments are completed on time and processed through HSBC.net
• Ensure petty cash is reconciled weekly
• Ensure all information is sent for factoring to ensure cash receipts in a timely manner
• Chase cash advances for expense forms or the cash returned;
• Provide support for the AP & AR administrators and provide cover for these two roles when required.
• Ensure balance sheet recs are completed monthly for specified accounts

Skills/ Qualfiications :

• Basic Bookkeeping experience
• Able to work effectively in a pressurised environment
• AAT qualification is desirable but not essential
• Motivated individual
