Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join a growing and dynamic business based in Wolverhampton. This is a diverse, hands-on role within a small finance team, offering exposure across finance, payroll, HR support and wider business operations.The successful candidate will be a proactive and adaptable finance professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business. This is not a role for someone looking to specialise in a single area. They are looking for a true all-rounder who can roll up their sleeves and support a variety of accounting and business functions.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must be:

Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Previous experience within an all-round accounting position
Comfortable supporting audits and year-end accounting processes
Experienced in management accounts preparation
Knowledgeable in VAT, accruals and prepayments
Experience of payroll and HR-related administration is highly desirable.
Strong systems and reconciliation skills
Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
Strong communicator who enjoys working within a small team environmentWhat you'll get in return
