Financial Reporting and Relationship Management Specialist

Job Location: Berlin or London

We are seeking a Financial Reporting and Relationship Management Specialist to manage external reporting, group consolidation, cash flow forecasting, tax compliance, and relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee external reporting to stakeholders.
• Prepare group consolidation.
• Coordinate cash flow forecasting and manage working capital.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international tax regulations.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions.
• Support financial systems strategy and accounting software.
• Plan and prepare for annual audits.
• Lead and manage internal controls and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA).
• Expertise in IFRS and tax regulations.
• Experience with financial systems and accounting software.
• Proven track record in a dynamic environment.
• Strong influencing and networking skills.
• Initiative, self-motivation, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
