Financial Controller

Are you a commercially minded finance leader who loves bringing structure, strategy, and team development together? Atkinson Moss is partnering with a growing business in Suffolk. You will oversee a small finance team and play a key part in shaping internal controls, improving systems, and supporting the senior leadership team.

Main Duties will include:

• Leading financial reporting and control across all business units
• Coordinating budgets, forecasts, and cashflow planning
• Managing financial aspects of capacity expansion projects
• Supporting subsidiaries and overseeing VAT/Customs compliance
• Coaching and mentoring the finance team
• Partnering with senior leaders to provide valuable financial insight
• Managing relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and stakeholders

You will be ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified with a proven track record of leading and supporting a finance team. Experience with ERP systems would be highly advantageous. You will be a clear communicator and have the experience to work across the business supporting all levels.
