£80,000 - £100,000 per annum depending on experience + Bonus + Excellent benefits

I'm partnering with a growing professional services organisation whose looking for an experienced finance leader to take on the role as Financial Controller where you will be responsible for leadership and development of a large finance department. People management and strong technical financial reporting experience is needed within this role!

This is a senior leadership position, offering further progression within the company over time, along with a yearly performance bonus. Within this hands-on-role, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing financial strategy, streamlining accounting processes, and support the delivery of the budgets and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a large, growing finance team

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Evolve team structure to meet business needs

• Oversee general ledger and accounting processes

• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts
• Manage budgeting and cost control

• Business Partnering

• Lead process improvements

• Lead on annual financial audit and external audit relationship

• Support tax compliance

• Continuously improve financial systems, reporting, and KPIs

What we are looking for:

• Fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent)

• Proven finance leadership experience
