Financial Controller - Weymouth - Up to £70,000 Basic Salary

The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to help drive financial and commercial strategies forward. This is an exciting time to join an organisation who have forecast significant growth in revenue through commercial growth and acquisition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a small team of finance professionals
• Contributing to the overall business strategy, objectives, and business plan
• Providing financial support in areas such as cash management, profitability, and investment
• Presenting financial information to various stakeholders and conducting detailed variance analysis
• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly management accounts, annual financial reporting, and audit requirements
• Producing weekly, monthly, and annual cash forecasts
• Developing and managing five-year plans, annual budgets, and monthly rolling 12-month forecasts
