Financial Controller

Butler Rose is recruiting exclusively for a Financial Controller to join a successful and growing owner managed business.

Are you a strategic thinker who loves rolling up your sleeves? My client is looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join the leadership team and take full ownership of the finance function.

You'll be instrumental in shaping the business future - managing cashflow, supporting key decisions, and driving the financial strategy. This is a position where you will be able to make an impact and where your voice will be heard.

What you'll be doing:

• Full ownership of company accounts and cashflow management
• Monthly/annual reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
• Business partnering various stakeholders.
• Leading month-end close, liaising with auditors, and supporting costing/pricing
• Maximising the use of the ERP system and streamlining financial processes

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in a growing SME and ready for the next career step
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Someone solution-focused, proactive and ready to make a real difference
