Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller:

• Lead statutory financial reporting and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Own the month-end and year-end closure process across all entities
• Deliver financial planning, forecasting, and high-quality commercial reporting packs
• Support external audit activity and ensure timely submission of statutory accounts
• Provide strategic insights and financial advice to senior leadership
• Drive automation and process improvement across AP/AR functions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a transactional finance team
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and contribute to executive-level decision-making

Key essentials of the Financial Controller:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Strong technical background in statutory accounting and financial reporting
• Confident communicator
