We're exclusively partnering with an ambitious, high-growth company based in Trafford Park to find a Financial Controller who can bring structure, leadership, and commercial insight to a scaling operation. Reporting directly to an inspirational and visionary CFO, this is your chance to truly shape the future of finance within a business that's going places.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage month, quarter and year end processes
• Manage a small, close-knit finance team, developing talent and fostering a culture of high performance
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and statutory reports
• Oversea cashflow management
• Manage working capital
• Set up and refine scalable group-level processes and systems (ERP/CRM)
• Support growth initiatives, commercial bids, and new revenue streams
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations & VAT
• Contribute to board-level strategy and commercial decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement in financial controls, reporting, and operations

Who We're Looking For:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong background in manufacturing or other commercially focused environments
• Hands-on leader with experience managing small finance teams
• Proven ability to implement systems, KPIs, and group-level processes
• Skilled in financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and data analysis
• Confident communicator at board level with a proactive, growth-focused mindset
