£70,000 + Pension + Parking

This successful local Company who have a fantastic reputation are currently seeking a hardworking Financial Controller to join their busy but happy team.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the Finance Department and supervising team of Finance Assistants on a day to day basis

- Overseeing the production of sales, purchase and nominal ledgers up to trial balance level

- Producing debtor and credit reports and producing weekly cash flow forecasts for Directors

- Co-ordinating the production of the monthly staff payroll and completing PAYE reconciliations and returns

- Calculating, preparing and producing quarterly VAT returns and processing HMRC payments

- Producing profit and loss reports and completing balance sheet reconciliation at month end
