Financial Controller

CY are working exclusively with a successful and growing manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Controller.

This is a key leadership role supporting the organisation’s commercial growth strategy, offering significant exposure to strategic and operational finance within a complex, multi-site environment.

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, the role has a broad remit, with key focus areas including:

• Leadership and development of the operational finance team
• Group reporting and KPIs
• Treasury, balance sheet control, and FX management
• Multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation
• Business partnering and commercial insight
• ERP implementation
• Capital project appraisal and statutory compliance

This is a rare opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong post-qualified experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
