Financial Controller

As Financial Controller, you will play a key leadership role within the finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. You'll be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring robust financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
• Support strategic decision-making with insightful financial analysis
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders
• Continuously improve financial systems and processes

About You:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the facilities, hospitality, or service sectors
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
