Financial Controller

We’re pleased to be exclusively recruiting a Financial Controller for our client based in Southeast Essex.

As Financial Controller you will manage the financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse a range of reporting from management accounts to financial statements
• Manage budgets and forecasting with the relevant variance analysis
• Monitor and manager cashflow
• Contributing to the company's financial strategy, including risk management and reducing costs
• Develop and support the other finance team members
• Improve all internal controls, processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Full qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Current experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller
• Effective communicator with the ability to deal at all levels
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to be hands on and versatile to your workload
