Are you a commercially driven finance professional ready to step into a strategic leadership role? This ambitious business is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to take ownership of financial operations, drive commercial performance, and lead a high-performing finance team.

This isn’t just about managing numbers—it’s about adding value across the business, influencing key decisions, and playing a critical role in shaping financial direction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and developing a small finance team to deliver high-quality outputs
• Driving financial reporting and planning – monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Supporting senior management with insightful analysis and commercial decision-making
• Managing cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and robust internal controls
• Business partnering with operational teams to track performance and maximise profitability
• Supporting strategic projects including process improvements and system enhancement

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with strong technical and commercial finance experience
• A confident communicator and business partner, able to influence at senior levels
• Track record of leading finance teams in fast-moving environments
• Advanced Excel and solid knowledge of financial systems
• Ideally someone available at short notice or with a relatively quick start
