Financial Controller

Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based in Andover who are seeking a Financial Controller to join their team.

This is a hand-on position supporting the business with the overall finance function and managing a small team.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Overseeing the full month end management accounts process
• Managing all financial reporting and statements
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow management
• System and process improvements

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)

• Experience in a similar SME environment
• Management experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with finance and non-finance individuals
