Description

• Lead the preparation and delivery of the monthly management accounts pack, including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and key financial insights.

• Oversee supplier payments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal controls and deadlines.

• Manage and develop a small team of two Management Accountants, providing mentoring, guidance, and performance oversight.

• Drive commercial decision-making through insightful financial analysis and business partnering across departments.

• Take ownership of financial controls and support broader business activities, including auditing returns and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes and systems, working closely with stakeholders to support growth and operational excellence.

Profile

We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong commercial acumen.
