We're looking for…
An experienced and commercially focused Financial Controller who's ready to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations and play a strategic role in supporting business growth.

Essential qualifications:
* Fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong commercial finance and analytical experience ideally with experience of working within the manufacturing sector
* Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and management accounts
* Solid understanding of standard accountancy practices
* Confident using ERP systems and financial software

* A clear and confident communicator with great stakeholder skills
* Hands-on and comfortable working across all areas of finance, from reporting to payroll
* A problem-solver who's always looking for ways to improve processes
